BPCHex Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

01Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following words carry specific meanings to ensure clarity between BPCHex and its players:

• "BPCHex" refers to the online gaming and betting platform accessible at bpchex.com and all associated services, mobile interfaces and support systems operated under the BPCHex brand.
• "Account" means a registered user profile created on BPCHex by an eligible individual.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an account on BPCHex or is in the process of registering.
• "Funds" refers to any monetary balance held within a BPCHex account in PKR, whether deposited by the Player or credited as a bonus.
• "Bonus Funds" refers specifically to promotional credits awarded by BPCHex that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Funds" means money deposited directly by the Player through a supported payment method, not subject to wagering requirements unless specified.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be bet before they are eligible for withdrawal from a BPCHex account.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any stake placed by a Player on a game outcome, sporting event or live casino result on BPCHex.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency used on BPCHex for all transactions.
• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to any action listed under Section 8 of these Terms that BPCHex expressly forbids.

02Account Registration

To access BPCHex's full range of games, betting markets and payment features, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a secure password. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one BPCHex account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's name or any alias — is strictly prohibited. BPCHex uses technical and manual verification processes to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts associated with the individual may be closed and any funds held in those accounts reviewed before settlement.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BPCHex login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. BPCHex will never ask you for your password via email, phone or chat. Any activity that takes place on your account using your correct credentials is considered authorised — if you suspect unauthorised access, contact BPCHex support immediately and change your password.

Account Verification (KYC)

BPCHex may require players to complete identity verification at any stage — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of a routine compliance review. Verification documents may include a valid Pakistani CNIC, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. BPCHex reserves the right to pause withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.

03Eligibility & Age Requirement

BPCHex is strictly an adult platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet or participate in any game or promotion on BPCHex. This applies without exception — no matter where you are in Pakistan.

By creating an account on BPCHex, you declare that you are 18 or older and that there is no legal restriction under your personal circumstances that would prohibit you from using BPCHex's services. If BPCHex discovers that a player is underage, the account will be permanently closed, all bets placed will be voided and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method after deducting any winnings generated.

BPCHex also reserves the right to decline registrations from players in jurisdictions where online gaming is restricted. It is your personal responsibility to ensure that using BPCHex is permitted in your location before registering.

04Deposits & Payments

BPCHex processes all deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currency conversions and no international transaction fees on deposits made through supported payment channels. The supported deposit methods on BPCHex are:

All deposits must originate from a payment account or card held in the Player's own name. BPCHex does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is traced to a payment source not belonging to the registered Player, BPCHex may freeze the funds pending investigation and request verification documents before releasing or returning the amount.

BPCHex reserves the right to reject any deposit at its discretion — for example if a payment is flagged as suspicious, if the account is under review or if the Player has exceeded their self-imposed deposit limits. In such cases, BPCHex will communicate the reason clearly via the support channel and work to resolve the situation promptly.

05Withdrawals

BPCHex processes withdrawal requests in PKR to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit. This policy helps maintain financial integrity and prevents money laundering. Withdrawals to a different payment method than the deposit source require additional verification.

The minimum withdrawal amount on BPCHex is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be processed in multiple tranches at BPCHex's discretion to manage liquidity responsibly. BPCHex aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, with most JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals settling within minutes.

Withdrawal Processing

• Withdrawals are processed during BPCHex's standard business hours but the settlement to your wallet typically completes automatically outside business hours as well.
• Pending bets are not counted in your withdrawable balance until they are settled.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• BPCHex may request proof of identity before processing any withdrawal above Rs 50,000 for security purposes.
• Withdrawal requests can be cancelled by the Player before processing begins — once a withdrawal enters processing, it cannot be reversed.

06Betting Rules

All bets placed on BPCHex — whether on live casino games, sports events, esports matches or any other market — are subject to the following general rules. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game or betting section on the BPCHex platform.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is only valid once BPCHex's system has confirmed its acceptance and the stake has been deducted from your wallet. Any bet shown as "pending" in your bet slip is not yet confirmed. BPCHex reserves the right to void a bet before confirmation if a pricing error, system error or rule violation is detected.

Bet Settlement

BPCHex settles all bets based on the official result from the relevant governing body, league or game provider. For sports bets, the official result at the end of regular time applies unless stated otherwise. For live casino games, the result displayed in the live stream at the conclusion of each round is final.

• Bets placed on cancelled or abandoned events are voided and the stake is returned.
• If a match is suspended and later resumed, bets remain active unless BPCHex explicitly voids them.
• In the event of a disputed result, BPCHex will consult official records and settle accordingly — the platform's decision is final.
• Minimum bet across most BPCHex markets is Rs 100. Specific markets may carry different minimums as displayed in-platform.

Odds & Pricing

BPCHex displays all odds in decimal format. Odds are subject to change up until the start of an event. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds locked at the time of confirmation apply — you will not receive worse odds than those displayed at bet placement, and you will not benefit from subsequent price increases on already-confirmed bets.

BPCHex makes every effort to publish accurate odds at all times. In the event of a manifest pricing error — for example, odds that are significantly inconsistent with market prices and would be clearly incorrect to a reasonable observer — BPCHex reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the bet has settled.

07Bonuses & Promotions

BPCHex runs promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits and loyalty rewards from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry dates and minimum deposit conditions — which are published alongside the offer on the BPCHex platform.

The following general rules apply to all BPCHex bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device.
• Bonus Funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion is transferred to your withdrawable Real Funds balance.
• Wagering on excluded games — typically live dealer games with very high RTPs — does not count toward meeting wagering requirements.
• Bonus Funds that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• BPCHex reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel any promotion with reasonable notice. Offers already credited to accounts at the time of cancellation will be honoured under the original terms.
• Bonus abuse — including systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics — will result in bonus cancellation and may trigger an account review.

08Prohibited Conduct

BPCHex maintains a strict environment of fair play. The following actions are explicitly prohibited and may result in account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account on BPCHex under any name or identity.
• Providing false personal information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using software bots, automated betting scripts, VPNs to mask location, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of coordinated betting designed to manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes on BPCHex for financial gain — BPCHex must be notified of any discovered errors immediately.
• Using BPCHex to launder money, process fraudulent transactions or engage in any illegal financial activity.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your BPCHex account by a third party, including a minor.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals without first contacting BPCHex support — unilateral chargebacks will result in account suspension and recovery action.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing BPCHex staff or other players through any communication channel.

BPCHex monitors account activity continuously. Players found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their accounts reviewed and may be suspended without prior notice pending investigation. Where criminal activity is identified, BPCHex will cooperate fully with relevant Pakistani authorities.

09Responsible Gaming

BPCHex takes its responsibilities around player welfare seriously. Gaming on BPCHex is intended to be an entertaining leisure activity — not a way to generate income or solve financial problems. We provide tools that help players stay in control of their gaming activity at all times.

Available Player Controls

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your BPCHex account at any time. Reductions take effect immediately; increases carry a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the length of your gaming sessions on BPCHex. Alerts are displayed when you approach your set limit.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a break from BPCHex for a defined period of 24 hours to 6 weeks. Your account is suspended for this duration and reactivates automatically.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from BPCHex. This is irreversible for the stated minimum period. Any funds in your account at the time of self-exclusion will be returned after the exclusion period begins.
• Reality Check: Enable periodic reminders showing how long you have been playing and your net result in the current session.

10Privacy & Data

BPCHex collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on BPCHex, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

BPCHex uses your data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, detect fraud and provide customer support. BPCHex does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors (JazzCash, Easypaisa etc.) is limited to what is necessary to process your transactions.

You have the right to request a copy of the data BPCHex holds about you, request correction of inaccurate data, or request deletion of your data subject to BPCHex's legal retention obligations. Contact BPCHex support at support@bpchex.com to exercise any of these rights.

11Intellectual Property

All content on BPCHex — including the platform name, logo, game titles, design elements, text, graphics, software and technical infrastructure — is the intellectual property of BPCHex or its licensed partners. No part of the BPCHex platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without BPCHex's explicit written permission.

Players may not use the BPCHex brand, name or logo in any promotional material, social media post or external platform without prior written approval. Unauthorised use of BPCHex's intellectual property will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

12Limitations of Liability

BPCHex provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain 24/7 uptime and service quality, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. BPCHex's liability in relation to any service interruption is limited to the value of bets that were lost solely due to the interruption — and only where BPCHex's records confirm the interruption was on our side.

BPCHex is not liable for:

• Losses arising from your own betting decisions, strategy or risk-taking.
• Losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the Player's end.
• Taxes, levies or duties that may be payable by the Player on winnings in their jurisdiction.
• Indirect or consequential losses including lost profits, loss of data or reputational damage.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers (JazzCash, Easypaisa, banks).

13Account Suspension & Closure

BPCHex reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if:

• The Player violates any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected on the account.
• The Player fails to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months and holds a zero balance.
• BPCHex is required to do so by law, regulation or order of a competent authority.

Where an account is suspended due to a Terms violation, BPCHex will communicate the reason to the Player via registered email. Players may appeal account closure decisions by contacting support@bpchex.com within 30 days of the suspension notice. BPCHex aims to review and respond to all appeals within 10 business days.

Upon permanent account closure not related to fraud or abuse, any Real Funds balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via the last used payment method. Bonus Funds are not returned upon closure.

14Amendments to These Terms

BPCHex may update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, BPCHex will provide reasonable notice through one or more of the following channels: a notice displayed on the BPCHex platform upon login, an email to your registered address, or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of BPCHex after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should stop using BPCHex and close your account before the new Terms take effect — doing so will not affect your right to withdraw any Real Funds balance at the time of closure.

The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Archived versions of previous Terms are available on request from BPCHex support.

15Governing Policy & Disputes

These Terms are intended to be read alongside BPCHex's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which together form the complete agreement between BPCHex and its players. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other BPCHex document, these Terms take precedence.

BPCHex aims to resolve all player disputes fairly and promptly. If you have a complaint about BPCHex's services, please contact our support team at support@bpchex.com with full details. BPCHex will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

BPCHex's decisions on game outcomes, bet settlement, bonus eligibility and account actions are final once communicated — subject only to the formal appeals process described in Section 13 above. BPCHex will not enter into repeated or speculative disputes on settled matters.
