You'll also enter your full name as it appears on your CNIC and your date of birth. Once you confirm you're 18 or older and agree to our Terms and Conditions, your account is created instantly. Yes, completely free. There is no registration fee, no monthly subscription and no charge for maintaining an account on BPCHex. The only money that comes into play is what you choose to deposit when you decide to start playing real-money games.
No. Each individual may hold only one BPCHex account. Operating multiple accounts — under the same name, different names or different mobile numbers — violates our Terms and Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and funds withheld pending review. If you've had a previous BPCHex account, contact support rather than registering again.
You must be 18 years of age or older to register on BPCHex. Age is declared at registration and verified by CNIC during the KYC process before any withdrawal is processed. First, check your credentials carefully — caps lock, auto-correct on mobile and saved old passwords are the most common culprits. Try the password reset option if needed. If the problem persists, your account may be temporarily locked after multiple failed attempts (unlocks automatically after 30 minutes) or requires verification. Yes. When your referred friend registers on BPCHex using your referral code and makes their first qualifying deposit, both you and your friend receive a bonus. Log in to your BPCHex account and tap the Wallet icon. Select your preferred payment method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer or Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit on BPCHex is Rs 200 via JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay or SadaPay. For bank IBFT transfers and Visa/Mastercard, the minimum is Rs 500. There is no minimum required deposit frequency — you deposit only when you choose to.
JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits normally appear in your BPCHex wallet within seconds. IBFT transfers can take up to two hours depending on your bank. If your deposit hasn't appeared after the expected time, go to Account Settings → Transaction History and check the status. If it shows as pending for more than three hours, email support@bpchex.com with your transaction reference number and BPCHex username and the team will trace and resolve it.
Standard verified accounts have a default daily deposit limit of Rs 500,000. VIP accounts have higher limits determined by their tier. You can also set your own voluntary lower deposit limits at any time in Account Settings → Responsible Gaming — a useful tool if you want to stay within a personal budget. Raising your voluntary limit has a 24-hour cooling-off period before it takes effect.
BPCHex does not charge any processing fee on deposits from its end. However, your own bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges depending on your account type and the amount — check with your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account for their specific fee schedule. These third-party fees, if any, are outside BPCHex's control.
BPCHex accepts deposits from: JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay (instant), IBFT from all major Pakistani banks including HBL, UBL, MCB, Meezan, Bank Alfalah, Standard Chartered and others (up to 2 hours), and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All deposits are processed in PKR with no currency conversion.
Common causes of deposit failures on BPCHex include: insufficient balance in your JazzCash/Easypaisa wallet, exceeding your daily deposit limit, a bank-side block on gaming-related transactions (common on some Pakistani bank cards), or a temporary outage with the payment gateway. Try a different payment method, check your wallet/card balance and retry. If the problem persists, contact support@bpchex.com.
JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay and SadaPay deposits are credited to your BPCHex wallet instantly in almost all cases. Visa/Mastercard payments are also typically instant. IBFT bank transfers from major Pakistani banks take anywhere from a few minutes to two hours depending on your bank's processing schedule — some banks batch IBFT transfers at intervals rather than processing them continuously.
Currently, BPCHex does not accept cryptocurrency deposits. All transactions on BPCHex are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) using local payment methods — JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard. We may review this in future updates to the platform.
Withdrawals & Payouts8
Log in to BPCHex, go to Wallet → Withdraw. Select your payout method (JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay or bank IBAN), enter the amount and confirm. Your KYC must be verified before your first withdrawal — after that, it's automatic every time. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals process instantly during operating hours; IBFT transfers to bank accounts complete within 1–3 business hours.
The minimum withdrawal from BPCHex is Rs 500 for all methods. There is no maximum on verified VIP accounts; standard verified accounts have a daily withdrawal limit of Rs 100,000. If you need to withdraw more than your daily limit in a single day, contact support who can review your account for a temporary limit increase.
Once your KYC is complete, JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are processed instantly during operating hours (typically 9am–11pm). NayaPay and SadaPay are similarly fast. Bank IBFT transfers to Pakistani bank accounts complete within 1–3 business hours. First-time withdrawals may take slightly longer as a final account check is performed — usually within an hour.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is a standard requirement across legitimate gaming and financial platforms worldwide. On BPCHex it confirms that the account holder is who they say they are, that they're 18 or older and that the withdrawal is going to an account in the same name. This protects you from unauthorised withdrawals if your account were ever compromised. It's a one-time process and takes under 24 hours to complete.
BPCHex follows an anti-money-laundering policy that requires withdrawals to be processed back to the same method and account used for the most recent deposit, where possible. If you deposited via JazzCash, your withdrawal will go to the same JazzCash number. No — Bonus Funds in your BPCHex wallet must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they become withdrawable Real Funds. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the bonus terms at the time of the offer. Your account wallet shows Real Funds and Bonus Funds as separate balances so you always know what you can withdraw immediately. Once a bonus has been fully wagered through, the converted amount moves to your Real Funds balance and can be withdrawn normally.

No. BPCHex does not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Change your BPCHex password immediately via Account Settings → Security → Change Password. Then email support@bpchex.com urgently with your username, registered mobile number and a description of the suspicious activity (unusual bets, unexpected withdrawals, unknown login locations). Our security team will review your account log, freeze any suspicious activity and work with you to secure the account. Do this as quickly as possible — the sooner we're involved, the more we can do.

Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion. Select a minimum exclusion period (6 months minimum). Once confirmed, your BPCHex account is immediately locked and cannot be reactivated for the stated period. Any Real Funds balance will be refunded to your registered payment method. BPCHex will not send marketing communications to self-excluded players during the exclusion period.
A cool-off period is a temporary pause on your BPCHex account — between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off, you cannot log in, bet or deposit. It reactivates automatically when the period expires. Unlike self-exclusion, it has a defined end date. It's ideal if you feel you need a break but don't want to close your account permanently.
Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Deposit Limits. Choose daily, weekly or monthly and enter your preferred maximum. The limit takes effect immediately.
